Key Responsibilities
Attend reactive maintenance jobs (blocked drains, leaks, burst pipes)
Diagnose plumbing faults quickly and provide solutions
Repair or replace fixtures (taps, toilets, valves, hot water systems)
Clear blockages using augers, jetters, CCTV inspections
Carry out preventative maintenance on systems
Work across residential, commercial, or government assets
Complete job reports, photos, and documentation (job cards)
Liaise with clients, tenants, and site managers
