Process Worker / Packer

We are currently looking for full-time Process Workers and Packers, based in our manufacturing and packaging facility in Belrose NSW 2085.

You are expected to be available to work Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

As a Process Worker or Packer, you will be responsible for operating machinery, following SOPs and safety procedures, and ensuring production targets are met. Duties will also include various packaging tasks and other duties as directed by the supervisor.

If you’re new to the industry and a quick learner with a strong work ethic, full training will be provided.

Tasks & responsibilities
• Operate and monitor machines (training provided)
• Control and adjust the machine settings to ensure smooth production and packaging
• Lift and dispose production waste up to 25kg
• Follow production schedules and techniques
• Fill in process related paperwork
• Work as a team and meet KPIs
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and tidy
• Repetitive manual handling
• Various packaging duties
• Adhering to WHS policies and procedures

Qualifications & experience
• You are motivated, punctual, efficient and reliable
• While having your own vehicle is an advantage, our company is easily accessible by public transport
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Happy to work in a physically demanding role and able to lift up to 25kg
• You are a fast learner and can work independently
• You have strong attention to detail
• Safety is your #1 priority
