Cleaning cabins and amenities to a high standard
Working as part of a small, supportive team
Consistent weekly hours (primarily weekdays, with some peak periods)

🚐 Requirements

Your own accommodation (van/caravan or similar)
Cleaning or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential)
Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards

💰 Retention Bonus

We value reliable team members and offer a retention bonus for those who stay and consistently perform:

Bonus after 3 months
Additional Bonus after 6 months

Bonuses are paid to team members who demonstrate reliability, consistent attendance, and maintain high cleaning standards.
