The Mayfair Hotel is on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Breakfast Chef / Chef to join our team in Emerald. If you enjoy early starts, working with fresh produce, and being part of a supportive regional venue, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role:
Preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast service
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
Assisting with prep for other services where required
Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
About you:
Experience as a chef or cook (breakfast experience highly regarded)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
