Key Responsibilities
Cook hearty roadhouse meals – breakfasts, burgers, hot dishes, and takeaway options.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen organization.
Manage prep, stock rotation, and daily specials.
Work independently or as part of a small, supportive team.
