Job Description
We are looking for a couple to join our vibrant team.
We are a small family business located in the beautiful King Valley - North East Victoria.
We have two businesses on the property - one is the vineyard/farm and the other is our cellar door/restaurant.
We are looking for a couple who would be interested in a job that is partly on the farm and partly in the cellar door.
The hours will be full time however the vineyard work can be dependant on the weather - if it is raining too heavily it is hard to work outdoors.
What you need -
- Physical fitness and strength for farm work
- Attention to detail
- Initiative
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
- Pride in your work - the jobs need to be done well and correctly
- Work both independently and in a team
- A good level of English to understand instructions properly
- An interest and passion for cooking (at least one person in the couple will need to work in the kitchen preparing and cooking food in the restaurant)
- Flexibility to work most weekends is a must
- Some experience in hospitality would be ideal but not essential
We do have accomodation available to rent onsite if needed.
