Full-Time Position

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Venue Manager to join our team in Blackwater, Queensland.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent hospitality experience, and the ambition to grow within a fast-paced business environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pub, restaurant, and motel facilities while ensuring high standards of customer service, team management, compliance, and overall venue performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily operations across the pub, restaurant, and motel
* Lead and support staff across all departments
* Ensure excellent customer service and smooth venue operations
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance
* Handle staff rostering, supervision, and team development
* Monitor stock control, cash handling, and operational procedures
* Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, food safety, and venue regulations
* Assist in driving business growth and improving venue performance

Requirements

* Previous management experience in pubs, restaurants, hotels, or hospitality venues
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
* Ambitious and motivated with a strong work ethic
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* RSA Certificate (Required)
* RSG/RMLV Certificate (Required)
* Food Safety Certificate (Required)
