About the Role
We are seeking reliable and friendly Cook/Chef to join our venue for the 2026 season

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- High level of organisation and cleanliness
- Must be punctual, reliable, and respectful

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Someone who brings energy, motivation, and consistency to the kitchen
- Attention to detail in both preparation and presentation

Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
- Follow procedures and contribute to a well-structured team environment
