Welcoming family based in the stunning bayside suburb of Manly. The father works full-time and is seeking an Au Pair to join their active, outdoors-oriented household.

The family values a stable, supportive environment focused on structure and routine. They enjoy spending time at local parks, swimming, and exploring new places together. They are looking for a team player who is kind, patient, and genuinely enjoys building connections with children.

Daily Life Your time will be spent engaging with a bright and active 5-year-old girl who loves creative activities and nature, and a sensitive 2-year-old boy who enjoys water play and cars. You will assist with morning routines, including breakfast and getting the children ready for the day. R
Responsibilities include managing school and daycare transitions, as well as providing afternoon and evening support.
You will help with homework, supervised playtime, and assist with dinner, bath, and bedtime routines. To help the home run smoothly, you will assist with light child-focused tasks such as laundry and keeping play areas organized.

Schedule: Approximately 25–35 hours per week.

The Family Home You will stay in a large, double-story home that includes a swimming pool. The accommodation is located downstairs, offering excellent privacy as the family lives upstairs. You will have a large bedroom with a king bed and full access to your own private bathroom and toilet facilities. Manly is a vibrant coastal suburb. You are just a short walk from shops and cafes, 10 minutes from the train station, and only moments away from the ocean and esplanade.

Requirements Proven experience with young children is required. Experience or a patient nature regarding developmental delays or ADHD is a plus, as the children have these specific needs. A valid driver's licence is essential for school and daycare runs. The family is looking for someone organized and proactive with a genuine love for active children. Candidates should be prepared to commit to a 6-month placement.

What’s Included Weekly pocket money is provided.
A bonus of 2 weeks' pocket money is payable at the end of a successful 6-month placement.
Full board and all meals are included in a prime coastal location.

Access to a car is available for personal use.

Au Pair experiences are open to international travellers on a Working Holiday Visa.
