Bar Supervisor

About This Role...
You will be an experienced bar Supervisor/Manager who can lead by example and motivate your team to deliver professional customer service.
Key responsibilities include
• Responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the bar during shift, including customer service, supervising bar staff, maintaining bar stock and closing up at the end of each shift.
• Supervising/training employees of a lower grade
• General cleanliness of the work area
• Assist Management with the development of beverage offerings

Essential experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ supervising experience working in a fast pace bar is essential
• Maintain current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) qualifications.
• Bar, Restaurant and Functions experience
• Gaming, TAB and Keno experience essential
• High level of demonstrated customer service
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Knowledge of bar operations and associated legislation
