Live in at Dairy Flat Lodge & Farm, Daylesford
Located 80 minutes from Melbourne and 10 minutes from the village of Daylesford.

A part of Australia’s iconic Lake House Hospitality group.

We are looking for a professional hospitality couple with a background in food and beverage delivery at a high level.
This role including caretaking our beautiful Lodge and immediate surrounds, a high level of guest service and concierge style activities, food & beverage delivery including breakfast, dinner, barista responsibilities, making selected cocktails and wine service.

Cooking and stylish food presentation is required as well as cleaning, participation in concierge style activities, some property upkeep including gardening, day to day maintenance and farm work when the lodge is unoccupied.
Successful applicants will have good communication skills, excellent personal presentation, strong organisation capabilities and be able to work unsupervised. A valid drivers license and car is essential.

This role is for a min 12 months.
