Eight Acres Lakes Entrance is looking for a friendly, reliable and hands-on couple to join our coastal farmstay team in a live-in caretaking and housekeeping role.

This opportunity is ideal for a couple wanting a peaceful lifestyle near the coast while living onsite in a beautiful natural setting.

About the Role

This is a varied role combining caretaking and housekeeping responsibilities across the property.

Duties may include:

Cleaning and preparing guest accommodation

Guest communication

Monitoring presentation of the property and shared spaces

General caretaking and light maintenance tasks

Basic grounds upkeep and farmstay support

Helping during busy weekends, weddings and events when required


We’re looking for a proactive couple who take pride in presentation, work well independently and enjoy creating a welcoming guest experience.

Ideal Applicants

Previous housekeeping, hospitality, caretaking or cleaning experience preferred

Friendly, trustworthy and self-motivated

Comfortable living and working in a rural/coastal environment

Able to work independently and problem solve

Must have Driver’s licence and own vehicle
