An Invitation to step out of the work-a-day world, to experience living in a sustainable natural environment. Living with the Earth, our food growing sustains our health, our animals are part of the family that affords well-being to all.

This invitation is to winter in Tasmania for a one to three month period, with extensions available, for a couple or an Individual.
Learn about plants and how to grow foods organically, fruit tree pruning, land care and working with our animals. Firewood collection and cutting are occasional tasks, as is construction. There are many other types of work experiences available from time to time as befits our needs.
All foods and accommodation is provided in a rustic setting at the edge of the native forest. This offer is more suited for people looking for a different experience. There is much to learn for those who have an interest in the mysteries of life. There is amazing country to explore, with the last great expanse of temperate rain-forest left in the world, on our doorstep
Your commitment: is to provide labour for 20/25hours per week (weather permitting) engaged in small mixed farm activities. My commitment: Is to provide food & accommodation including preparation of some meals. I provide multiple learning opportunities including tuition to you, across a range of subjects, cost free. Provide cultural exchange when & where possible.
