Our client who offers worldwide specialty industrial related solutions and services with a focus on oil-free, high pressure, energy saving, and other applications are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Support – Order Processing to join its Team at their HO in the Western Suburbs.
This is a fast moving role with the Inside Sales teams focus is to provide short-term capacity to process customer purchase orders efficiently and accurately, manage order-related communications and help clear the current backlog while maintaining high standards of data quality and customer experience.

Responsibilities
• Process sales orders by reviewing customer POs, matching to quotes in C4C/SAP, checking stock and entering orders with correct documentation.
• Confirm order details with customers, including items, quantities, delivery information and freight.
• Maintain and update quotes in SAP, resolving PO/quote discrepancies and ensuring pricing and freight are valid.
• Manage freight requirements by removing charges for customer nominated carriers and recording account details for accurate despatch.
• Provide ETA and status updates using SAP tracking tools, checking PO status for backorders and liaising with Supply for special order ETAs.
• Communicate revised ETAs proactively and keep order records updated.
• Work backlog queues to agreed turnaround times while maintaining accurate notes and attachments in SAP/C4C.
• Escalate risks and exceptions promptly to the Inside Sales Team Leader or Supply Team.
Requirements
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service or order admin.
• SAP sales order proficiency with end to end processing. High Level SAP Experience
• CRM confidence (C4C or similar) and accurate record keeping.
• Strong grasp of pricing and freight, including quote to PO checks.
• Exposure to supply/ETA processes and backorder workflows.
• Solid MS Office skills and fast, accurate data entry.
• Customer focused communicator with strong follow through.
• Process driven and organised with high attention to detail.
• •Able to prioritise high volumes and meet turnaround targets.
• Available to start quickly for a 2–3 month assignment.
