We’re looking for a creative weapon to join Carbon Savers and help build one of Australia’s most exciting renewable energy brands.
This is NOT a corporate social media role where you schedule posts and disappear.
We want someone who:
* Loves creating content

* Is confident on camera
* Understands trends
* Knows how to get attention online
* Can turn everyday moments into content people actually want to watch

The Role -
You’ll own the creation side of our social channels and help tell the Carbon Savers story.
Your job is simple:
Create content people actually watch.
You’ll be:
🎥 Filming and editing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
🎤 Interviewing team members and customers
📱 Managing social media posting schedules
🔥 Jumping on trends and turning them into content fast
🎬 Creating behind-the-scenes office/warehouse content
🏆 Capturing events, competitions and team culture
📈 Helping grow engagement, followers and views
✍️ Writing captions and social copy
💡 Bringing new ideas every week (lots of freedom here)
What We’re Looking For
You MUST:
✔ Have experience creating content for social media
✔ Understand TikTok, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
✔ Know trends, hooks and how to increase views
✔ Be comfortable filming yourself and others
✔ Have editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
✔ Have a big personality and high energy
✔ Be proactive - don’t wait to be told what to film
✔ Have examples of content you’ve created
Bonus points if you:
➕ Have grown an account before
➕ Understand paid social
➕ Love renewable energy / sustainability
➕ Have worked in creator, events or marketing environments
