This is a great opportunity with lots of variety and lots to learn.

You will be assisting the Sales team with all administration including;

Client management and customer service - buyers, sellers, settlement agents etc
Database - keeping all listings up to date, sales data etc
Accounts - processing payments, receipts, invoices etc.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proficient computer skills - word, excel, outlook
Outgoing and friendly communication style
Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
