Monday-Friday business hours
Prestigious modern offices

Here's what you will be doing:
You will be responsible for welcoming clients and dealing with any queries that may cross your desk. The role will involve both telephone and face to face client interactions, and you will provide varied administration support to the team.

Duties will include:

Welcoming clients
Telephone and face to face customer service
Answering incoming calls and correspondence
Data Entry
General Office Administration Duties, filing, typing, sorting mail etc.
Assisting the team with any requests and administration needs

Experience and skills required:

Experience in a similar role essential
Expert grasp of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
A high level of organisational skills
Fast accurate word processing capabilities
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal, spoken and written communication skills

Our client is looking for someone with a friendly demeanour, and a willingness to learn. You will need to handle all client communications professionally and with confidence, and be well presented at all times.
