Role Objective:
To perform organizational, clerical, and bookkeeping tasks, in a creative
environment, for a rapidly growing digital video agency that believes in
making things better, every single day.

Organizational Duties
Create & manage files & org. wide filings systems.
Scan & file paper documents within system.
Collect mail from PO box weekly.
Manage all shipping & supplies,
Document systems & procedures for company.
Organize project documentation & backups.
Create documents as requested.
Manage leases, communication for office facilities.
Scheduling of meeting for executive director (cloud)
Organizing Contacts and Databases
Maintain Office Cleaning Schedule
Maintain Office Equipment
Constantly Improve & Refine Admin Systems
Organize Refreshments, Beverages, & General Kitchen Duties

Executive Assistant
-Organize & Maintain Director Schedule
-Organize Travel as Needed
-Filter communications for Director
-Manage administrative tasks to free up Executive Schedule.
-Prepare Letters, Reports, and other Correspondence for Mgmt team.
-Perform other related duties as assigned or required
-Responsibilities may be changed as needed by the Executive Director.
-Conduct research as needed to support ED and the organization.
-Manage office supply stock and orders for all staff.
-Screens telephone calls and emails as required
