An outstanding opportunity has become available for Community Nursing Supervisor to work with one of our most valued clients.

Working directly with our client and stakeholders you will utilise your clinical skills and manage a program to support an individual with a complex spinal injury.

The role requires a committed and passionate individual to provide a high level of clinical skills to very active and dynamic individual. You will be a warm, sensitive and engaging person to ensure a positive impact on the quality of life of our client.

Working collaboratively with an established team of Registered Nurses, Attendant Carers and allied health professional stakeholders you will provide clinical and professional direction to ensure the highest level of care is delivered at all times.

The role is flexible and can be structure for an individual who wishes to undertake only the clinical aspects on a permanent part-time basis of 20 hours or clinical and nursing on a full-time basis 38 hours per week.

To be considered for the position you will possess:
•Current Nursing Registration (Div.1) with AHPRA
•Experience in ICU, Critical Care and/or Posses Expert Respiratory Skills
•National Police Check
•Victorian Driver's License and own car
•Proven managerial experience with the ability to drive and motivate a team
•Excellent communication and team building skills
•Long term commitment
