Job Description
Full-time / Part time Position
We are looking for a talented front desk/ guest services and a multi-tasker. The Coppersmith requires someone who is reliable, punctual and has good customer service skills.
You need to have experience in this field with RMS/SiteMinder experience being preferred. Attention to detail is vital as well as a friendly manner. You need to be able to think on your feet and solve any problems that arise. You need to have good phone skills and be computer savvy. You will be dealing with both customers and travel agents on a daily basis. Your role will include taking reservations, face-to-face contact with guests as well as email and phone tasks. We are a friendly team and look forward to finding the right person to join us.
Multitasking, with food & beverage experience an advantage.
The Coppersmith Hotel is a 15 room luxury boutique Hotel, Bar & Bistro with a Rooftop with stunning views of Melbourne & Albert Park. A high standard of work is required.
