CCA offers a range of call centre solutions to suit the requirements of a diverse clientele, ranging from hospitality, banking and finance, high end retail and government industries. We excel in the fields of inbound customer service, commercial outbound sales and acquisitions, telefundraising and data management across the not-for-profit and corporate sectors. As a company, we pride ourselves on the ability to supply our clients with a team that closely matches their needs in terms of skills, product knowledge and areas of interest.

A few more things to know:
This is a call centre based role requiring everyone to work a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight. CCA offers base wage plus commissions and can offer up to 76 hours of work each fortnight. It is also a flexible opportunity allowing each individual to pre-select a roster tailored to their work-life balance.
