with min 12 months previous experience in 4 or 5 star Hotel.

The Coppersmith Hotel is a 15 room luxury boutique Hotel, Bar & Bistro with a Rooftop with stunning views of Melbourne & Albert Park. A high standard of work is required.

We are now seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
•Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all back and front of house areas
•Service bedrooms, corridors and public areas in line with company policy
•Work to daily job lists from the room status, arrivals and departures list
•Keep up to date with current promotions and hotel pricing
•Maintain the stocking levels of all point-of-sales and consumables
•Report any maintenance issues immediately to line manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment
•Reset lighting to the standards
•Complete all periodical tasks as required
•Store all laundry in line with company policy and complete the required documentation
•Ensure proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies
•Deliver excellent customer service and fulfil requests from guests
•Report any security issues to line manager
•Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
•Adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws
•Be involved in and contribute to team meetings
•Carry out instructions given by the management team

Must have previous experience in 4/5 star Hotel

South Melbourne/Albert Park , Victoria. 2km from CBD Public transport at front door the 12 tram, 1&96 trams within 150m.
