Seeking an experienced HR Assistant for an immediate start for a short term contract
This is a position for someone with a strong HR background who can step into the team and assist with various HR duties and workplace Health and Safety functions.
You will assist in EA agreements, development of policies and procedures, coordinate recruitment activities and undertake investigations of complaints against employees.
You will also assist with the mentoring and training of staff and provide advice to employees with regards to WH&S.
This position would suit a proactive and organised individual who has excellent time management skills and is great at prioritising tasks to meet set deadlines. You should have an eye for detail and be focused on the development and improvement of HR procedures through your past experience.
It would be beneficial if you are currently based in Sydney and preferably available for an immediate start.
