Live In Au Pair Required - 35hrs Per Week

Job Description

Seeking a live in au pair in Castle Hill to help with two girls ages 3 and 22 months.

We are offering:

All meals, own room with ensuite, tv, wifi, mobile phone, and generous weekly allowance. We live right opposite a park with great facilities such as basketball courts and cycle paths. One of Sydney's largest shopping centres is just 7 minutes away and city bus stop is 1 minute walk away.

In return we are seeking a mature, trustworthy, responsible, and dependable Au pair. Someone who loves children, and who shows initiative and is able to play with both our girls as well as involving them in stimulating activities. We also require flexibility as the working roster may change from time to time depending on my work schedule.

Some of the typical tasks involve waking up with the kids, preparing and feeding them food, playing with them, getting them ready for sleep, giving them a bath, nappy changing (for the little one), light housework such as stacking dishwasher, doing the girls laundry, vacuuming and mopping the floors, general tidy up of the house.

Typical weekly roster would be as follows;

Monday: 7am - 9am: wake up time, prepare and feed breakfast, get the oldest ready for day care. 12pm - 2pm: light house work such as vacuuming/mopping floors, doing the girls Laundry. 4.30pm - 7.30pm: prepare and feed dinner, play time, bed time.

Tuesday: 7am - 9am: wake up time, prepare and feed breakfast. 12pm - 2pm: help mum to prepare and feed lunch as well as putting the girls for an afternoon nap. 4.30pm - 7.30pm: prepare and feed dinner, play time, bed time.

Wednesday: 7am - 9am: wake up time, prepare and feed breakfast. 12pm - 2pm: help mum to prepare and feed lunch as well as putting the girls for an afternoon nap. 4.30pm - 7.30pm: prepare and feed dinner, play time, bed time.

Thursday:7am - 9am: wake up time, prepare and feed breakfast, get the oldest ready for day care. 12pm - 2pm: light house work such as vacuuming/mopping floors, doing the girls Laundry. 4.30pm - 7.30pm: prepare and feed dinner, play time, bed time.

Friday: 7am - 9am: wake up time, prepare and feed breakfast. 12pm - 2pm: help mum to prepare and feed lunch as well as putting the girls for an afternoon nap. 4.30pm - 7.30pm: prepare and feed dinner, play time, bed time.

This role would suit someone who has a background in early childhood, has had prior experience as an au pair and most importantly someone who loves being with kids.
