Job Description

We are a fast growing exhibition company located in Peakhurst, NSW. Due to our ongoing and consistent growth we are seeking an Office Administration person who can handle a variety of tasks efficiently without being supervised.

With deadlines to meet you must be highly organised in all aspects along with providing ongoing support to our sales director and production manager.

Responsibilities of this role include:
Managing event requirements - such as booking in power, arranging to collect graphic files from client along with collecting a deposit and payment prior to the event. Other duties will include booking of freight, chasing jobs from suppliers, arranging the picking of goods in warehouse to even booking travel and accomodation.

Be able to provide admin support tasks to our Sales Director and Production Manager.

Coordinating meetings, organising agendas and taking minutes if required.

Editing and updating of corporate website (Wordpress - Training provided)

Scheduling interviews for various positions within the company

Dealing with all customer enquiries regarding the exhibition

Following up of existing customers

Other duties may be requested to be performed that may not be outlined.

In order to be successful in this role you will:

You will need to be extremely proactive and organised.
Be accountable for the role
Extremely organised and able to work to deadline
Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position (experience in a highly essential)
Possess strong understanding of administration processes
Graphic Design experience is preferred but not essential
Have a positive attitude, be a dynamic individual and willing to be innovative
Be able to work independently and also within a team
Have excellent attention to detail
Possess excellent time management, prioritising and organisation skills
Have excellent computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrate initiative and willingness to get things done
Have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
Be trustworthy, honest and be able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion
A Certificate/Diploma qualification in Business Administration would be highly regarded, though not essential.
