Job Description

Kenbury Consulting is seeking urgently expressions of interest from candidates to work on a temporary contract basis within the Insurance sector starting the 23rd of October until the end of February.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an outstanding company in the market with in-depth training provided.

We are looking for people who possess the following skills and able to work on the southside of Brisbane with a strong experience on the phones.

Experience in a customer focused role, ideally phone based
Strong ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
Ability to adapt and learn new IT systems quickly and manage a number of systems at once
Good work ethic, enjoys working in a team environment and focused on delivering quality outcomes
If you possess these qualities and have demonstrated experience in Insurance claims, client services or a similar field and looking for an opportunity to engage in contract work, then we would like to hear from you.
