Job Description

You will be well presented who has an enthusiasm for administration work and a dedicated approach to your working life. The position will be predominantly Monday and Friday 9am - 11:30am, but other week days may become available due to annual staff leave.

Duties and Responsibilities

Process payments
Respond to email and phone enquiries
General Administration duties including working with data in excel, filing etc.

Skills and Experience

Time management
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills

To be successful in this position you must be able to demonstrate the following

Punctual and reliable
Superb organisational skills
Intermediate to advanced skills in the use of MS Office, word, excel & outlook.
