Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing, motivated and hard-working candidate to join our small but growing team in Glenferrie.

We are a successful and quickly expanding start up, looking to grow our recruitment capacity.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to mould their own role, becoming manager of their own team as the business grows. The role will require someone who enjoys having autonomy over their work and can self motivate to drive results.

You will work with other members of the business to streamline processes and iron out inefficiencies.

We are looking for someone with plenty of initiative, motivation and confidence.

Duties include:

Candidate generation through job adverts
Management of new candidate resumes and profiles
Interviewing of appropriate new applicants and registration process

Qualities required:

Previous recruitment experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Enjoy building rapport with a variety of people
Strong organisational skills
Positive attitude
Working holiday visas welcome
