Who we are: We are a rapidly expanding, renowned leading telecommunications company. We are looking for young or more experienced superstars that serve in telemarketing and appointment setting services for small to medium businesses located in Sydney and Brisbane. Due to expansion, we have openings for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team of telesales/lead generation/appointment setters who are willing to work 5 days a week.

What are we looking for: - Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated representatives.

- Able to work in both a team environment and independently.
- Previous experience in appointment setting/telesales will be an advantage.

This is an important role for the company where the Sales Representative will be expected to generate leads/ set appointments to meet the needs of the client on call. The role involves representatives to call various locations within Australia, including Sydney and Brisbane.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Telesales representatives to make sales and generate sales appointments.
- Setting appointments and sharing data with our representatives for closing the sales.
- Administrative tasks associated with the role.

Required Experience:

No Minimum Required Experience
• Competitive candidates with previous sales experience (preferred)
• Previous contact center experience is desirable
• Experience as an appointment setter or sales based role prefered, but not a prerequist.
• Drive and enthusiasm
• A genuine desire to make sales and close more deals
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability to interview and start immediately
• Telesales experience prefered
• Great team players
Able to:
• Overcome objections
• Build rapport with prospective clients
• Generate leads
Most importantly: extremely hungry to sell.
