Job Description

Medical Media produces video and digital advertising to screens at the Point of Care in medical practices. We are one of the fastest growing digital placed media businesses in Australia.

The Role:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible to assist in the smooth running of sales operations post-sale, to ensure the business can service clients as quickly as possible upon signing a contract with Medical Media.

• Review all new sales agreements from intelledox
o Follow up any missing information on contracts with sales to finalise details
o QA for all new contracts

• Deposits:
o Ensure credit card deposit is allocated
o Raise and send tax invoices if deposit is set up as ‘Invoice’
o Schedule deposit if the deposit is set up as ‘Direct Debit’
o Forward date deposits if needed

• Liaise daily with sales reps and sales managers, chase missing contracts and missing deposits, seeking approval on exceptions

• Review daily On Hold Report to identify: deals published and deposits received to begin billing
o Start billings for all new published contracts
o Liaise with production

• Adhoc duties/general contract and billing amendment
