The Temporary Administration Officer is responsible for the accurate scanning of signed hard copy contracts onto internal CRM databases as well as other ad hoc administrative duties.
Medical Media is the fastest growing Health Media Network in Australia and due to this growth, we have a backlog of paper contracts that have not yet been scanned onto our sales CRM.
We are looking for a Temporary Administration Officer to assist in the clearing of this backlog by ensuring all contracts are scanned onto the system.
