Hi there
Please note, this is a NON-PAID, short-term help exchange position and unfortunately is NOT applicable to the 2nd year working visa.
It may suit someone who would like a stopover on their travels. I can only offer meals, accommodation in the main house, and WiFi in exchange for 4 hours work each day.
Background: The property has been operated as a B&B for 15 years but was originally an old farm so there is plenty to do which may also include, pulling down old fences, cleaning out gutters, spreading mulch/gravel, whipper snipping, pruning etc.
Right now, I would seek someone who is handy at paint preparation and inside painting as the main house requires some work!
