NOW HIRING FRONT OF HOUSE PROFESSIONALS
Ormeggio at The Spit, located at D’Albora Marinas in Mosman, offers Contemporary Italian cuisine in a spectacular waterside setting, overlooking Middle Harbour and Pearl Bay. It has Two Chef Hats in the Sydney Morning Herald’s Good Food Guide and has been a hatted restaurant since opening in 2009. Ormeggio is currently rated #23 in Gourmet Traveller’s Australia’s Top 100 Restaurants, along with multiple other awards, an incredible team of skilled people from all over the world, and an award winning wine list.
A sensational new menu has been launched, taking Ormeggio at the Spit to the next level of fine dining.
Ormeggio is currently recruiting Front Of House Professionals.
You must be available with an immediate start.
Hours must be flexible and do include weekend work.
You will be trained as part of the role.
Requirements
· Permanent working visa or Australian residents only
· Current RSA
· Good English verbal skills
· Experience preferred
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
· It is recommended that you live locally, but not essential
· Positive attitude
· Love of food, dining out and providing fantastic experiences for the customer!

Ormeggio at The Spit is a two-hat Contemporary Italian fine-diner. Known for its innovation, elegance and superb water views, not to mention its award winning and unique cuisine, Ormeggio is the flagship of the group.
Chiosco by Ormeggio, its more casual offshoot, offers the same water views in a more relaxed and informal setting.
