APFD Australian Printing & Flyer Distribution is a leading Print Management company based in Alexandria. We excel in providing a range of quality services including Graphic Design, Printing & Flyer Distribution with operations in all over Australia.


Due to continued growth, we are seeking an exceptional Telemarketer to join our team on a Full time basis at our head office in Alexandria.


As a Telemarketer | Admin Support you will take an exciting step in your career. You will be responsible for calling through several cold and warm Clients to gain leads for the firm, while maintaining exceptional communication skills and ensuring that each call is delivered in a professional manner.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

The Sales | Office Admin is responsible for day to day office administration work, prospecting for new clients, growing and maintaining existing accounts.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Outbound telemarketing to existing accounts
Cold Calling
Perform any other tasks, special projects, analysis or reports as instructed.
Be an email marketing subject matter expert on best practice, industry developments
and current and future trends.
Sending Estimates and Invoices to Clients
General Admin Duties
Managing day to day Business Operations
Answer phone calls in regard to company and services.
Establish good working relationships with prospect clients
Consistently meet KPI's
New Business development
Client Retention

About You:

You are results-driven, motivated, energetic and have a "can do" attitude with the
ability to initiate and close sales. Ambitious with a real desire to make a difference for
the business
Proven experience in developing and growing key accounts and development of new
business through cold calling, referrals and networking
Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
Strong time management and project management skills
Tenacity, motivation, hunger to succeed and ready to take on a challenge
Excellent customer service, relationship and conversational skills
Ability to work both independently and with a team
At least 1 year experience as a Telesales or Office Administration
Knowledge of Printing Industry preferred but not essential.
