***PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS NOT A PAID POSITION***

Volunteers required for a variety of weekly conservation projects around Darwin including: – Twilight Toadbusting – Planting native plants – Bush restoration

FREE daily transport provided from the Darwin YHA – Melaleuca on Mitchell (52 Mitchell St, Darwin). We leave at 7:30am and return by 2pm (except toadbusting, where we leave at 6pm and return by 9:30pm).

A great way to meet new people, learn new skills and see sites of conservation importance.

No previous experience required. We are flexible – you can join us for one day or as a consistent volunteer!

IMPORTANT: Please wear a long-sleeved shirt, long pants, enclosed shoes and a hat, plus bring a water bottle and some lunch. Please bring a hand-held or head-torch to toadbusting if you have one.
