About the Role
You are a key individual of the Leadership team, as the Engineering Manager. You will drive and lead a team of permanent and casual contractors in the management, design, project delivery and maintenance of assets.
The budget will be divided between multiple types of projects including; new equipment installations, energy efficiency, continuous improvement and maintenance upgrades.
Lead a maintenance and project teams
Ensure continued strong adherence to HSE guidelines
Expenditure reporting, analysis and annual budgeting
Hands-on project management and preventative maintenance strategy implementation
Skills and Experience

FMCG or manufacturing industry background
Proven leadership qualities for project and maintenance teams
Effectively managed internal and external stakeholders
Strong coaching, reporting and communication skills
