Sales & Marketing Manager

As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will become a key member of a dynamic team and contribute to developing sales initiatives enabling the company to achieve its business objectives. In the role you will accountable for:

• Implementing Sales Strategies to identify new business opportunities
• Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to build market presence
• Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies to improve revenue across multiple channels
• Introduce best practices and sales methodologies in order to strengthen company capabilities

Key Skills:
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence key internal and external decision-makers
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Increase market share by driving brand awareness and sales in the market.
· Effectively manage marketing budget within area of responsibility.
· Work seamlessly with internal stakeholders to plan, processes and procedures.

Role and Responsibilities
· Execute an integrated marketing strategy including brand, communications, events and digital
· Alongside Digital Marketing Agency, execute the digital strategy including SEO, SEM, website content planning and execution and blogs.
· Develop and manage the marketing strategies, communicating activities to internal and external stakeholders
· Ongoing assessment and review of the marketing strategy

Salary - $65,000- $75,000
