Job Description
We are looking for a System Support Analyst to join the team
Skills & Experience required:
• Proficiency with computer applications - Microsoft Excel, Word.
• Basic SQL skills
• Ability to interact professionally with other team members, and customers
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Good time management skills for the coordination of multiple tasks.
• Customer service orientated.
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor degree in related field
• Demonstrated experience in analysis and design of large scale complex ICT systems
• Demonstrated proven experience as a Systems Analyst in a government environment or large ICT organisations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage several concurrent task
Salary: $70,000- $90,000
