Dynamic and fast growing tech startup – searching for a motivated new team member to manage B2B Sales. Your role will be centred around identifying potential customers, reaching out to them and closing the sale.
TidyMe is a technology platform built to connect customers with quality cleaners. In just over two years, we have cleaned over 40,000 homes and offices and established the technology, systems and processes to create consistently amazing experiences for our Crew & customers. We are the leading player in the Australian market, with the highest Google quality rating and largest customer base. We are backed by some of Australia’s leading venture capital investors including Airtree Ventures and Adcock PE.
The role will be selling our new division, a technology platform and commercial cleaning solution - TidyMe Work, to medium to large office spaces. Up until this time, we have been running sales internally and have already achieved strong traction in the market. Our offering is entirely unique and we have plenty of testimonials from cornerstone customers to use in your pitch.

The successful applicant will:
Have exceptional communication skills and be comfortable in negotiating with clients to best serve their needs
Have a good understanding of technology
Able to follow a pipeline of many leads and manage your own schedule and motivation levels
Previous sales, or customer support experience
Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce)
Verifiable track record of success
Responsibilities of the role
Building lists for lead generation
Cold outreach to potential customers
Site visits and meetings with potential and new clients
Adapting current sales material for the lead
Systemised lead follow up
Negotiating and closing deals
A market salary
Perks including free cleaning
$50,000 + Super + commission up to $20K PA
Targets and expectations
You will be targeted to bring in 10 customers per month, the higher the value the customer, the greater the opportunity for commision through our structure
