Assisting the Sommelier with managing, ordering and serving wine within fine dining restaurant environment
Develop outstanding product knowledge and passionately guide guests through wine list and sake list
Knowledge of sake beneficial
An enthusiasm, efficiency and passion for first-rate customer service as you will be presenting, serving and maintaining wine service within a busy restaurant environment
Drive to implement and use upselling techniques aimed at generating greater beverage sales
What YOU need…

A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
Fluency in English
Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
2 yr working in a mid – high end restaurant environment
A passion for the hospitality industry
WSET is advantageous, but not essential
