Job Description
A popular hotel located in Thredbo Ski Resort, NSW, is seeking qualified Chefs for full time roles in the upcoming 2018 Australian Ski Season (Mid-June until September, depending on the snow)
There are currently 2 positions available, 1 Experienced Sous Chef and 1 Demi/CDP. The successful applicants will;
·Have a minimum of 4 years experience as aQualified Chef
·Be flexible and available to commit to the full season
·Have very good English communication skills
·Be a team player and have the ability to workfast and take direction
·Preferably have some Buffet Prep. and cooking experience
·Have a great attitude, work ethic and contactable references.
·Are currently in Australia.
An attractive package is on offer including wages, subsidised accommodation and lift passes and will be based on experience
