Job Description
Customer Service responsible for:
- answering incoming customer calls
- reviewing catalogue to identify the correct product(s)
- ensuring the items are picked by storeman ready for collection
- invoicing
- ringing customers for their orders
- other adhoc
Must have excellent communication skills and be a very friendly, happy natured person. Generally must be a very customer centric and appealing person.
Hours required:
10 – 3pm Monday to Friday
10 – 12pm Saturday
