Job Description
Student Services involves contacting students, ensuring effective customer record management and follow up. Our Student Support Services team aims to deliver an integrated professional service to all our students by providing quality customer service, information and support which will lead to an overall enhanced learning experience at The Career Academy.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities –
• Supporting students in their learning from initial contact and monitoring and ensuring progressive contact is maintained in a professional, friendly and timely manner
• Managing student enquiries via various mediums including webchat
• Updating student records in CRM and LMS
• Issuing students with all relevant course materials in a timely manner
• Monitor the participation and progress of students throughout courses and provide guidance and support to assist students to complete assessments within allocated course timeframes
• Assisting and liaising with tutors to ensure smooth delivery of training to students
• Completing the welcome and onboarding process for all students
Knowledge, Skills and Experience –
• The ability to engage students and apply effective training and communication strategies
• Intermediate computer skills – particularly Microsoft Office, internet and database skills
• Proficiency in IT programs and Learner Management Systems
• Highly organised and autonomous
• Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
• Experience within the Education industry is highly desirable
