Job Summary
We are looking for a lead generation ninja to work in the telesales team in our unique student travel business.

About the business and role
World Challenge works in partnership with schools to prepare young people for life. The program is based on the belief that key life skills, such as leadership, resilience and empathy, are developed through real life experience and we enable young people to develop these skills through powerful student-led expeditions overseas.
Working with schools across the globe, World Challenge has offices in Europe, Australasia, North America and the UAE, delivering over 600 expeditions each year.
Responsibilities
• Book sales appointments and respond to inbound enquiries for World Challenge
• Design and execute other means of creative lead generation

Skills and experience
You will be able to demonstrate experience in lead generation, particularly telesales. In addition we are on the hunt for someone who has the following:
• A passion for student travel is essential
• Boundless energy and enthusiasm
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to speak to a range of stakeholders
• Experience working with the Microsoft suite
• An interest in creative ideas for lead generation
