As a sales and customer service assistant your responsibilities will include providing the highest standard of customer service and delivering positive brand awareness on behalf of our clients. As we speak with our customer-base through business-to-business and business-to-consumer avenues, we aim to promote our client’s products and services in a positive and professional manner, with intention of increasing their brand awareness and increasing their market share. We work with a range of top industry clients, so we provide full comprehensive training to ensure your success in the role.

The ideal candidate:
• Bubbly, with an outgoing personality
• Must be personable and have interpersonal skills
• Ideally have a background in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail or bar work
• Must be over 18 and able to work full time - WHV welcome, not student visa
