Job Description
This is a position that needs a self-starter for menus of outback fare. You will need to be hands-on and organised.
The role covers Outback Pioneers catering needs including:
● a café (coffee, cakes and lunches),
● group catering (primarily lunches or dinners for tour groups, conferences or school groups)
● food for tourist experiences including our new Stonegrill experience three evenings per week,
● any one-off catering requirements that arise.
We are looking to exceed visitors’ expectations and add imaginative flair but take our inspiration from outback heritage rather than trying to replicate city style or cutting-edge trends.
