Bar Staff

We are currently looking for 2 casual Bar Staff for a Country Hotel located in COONAMBLE Central West NSW. Backpackers would be welcome to apply for the rolls. NSW RSA/RCG ticket essential. Bartender Responsibilities: • Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons. • Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks. • Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations. Job brief; We are looking for an enthusiastic bartenders to work approximately 3 days a week. You will be expected to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. As a good bartender you will be able to create classic and innovative drinks “exceeding” customer’s needs and expectations. Compensation includes wages / possible ensuite share Accomodation included. Responsibilities; • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations. • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. • Plan and present bar menu. • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age requirements. • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. • Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Requirements; • Resume and proven working experience as a bartender. • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks. • Computer/Eftpos/Till literacy. • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean. • Ability to work flexible hours and Be fast paced. • Relevant training certificates RSA/RCG are required.
