Job Description
cattle feeder required on a 5000 head cattle feedlot.
your main duties will be accurate allocation of feed for cattle in pens, loading of feed commodities into feed cart and delivering to cattle in pens.
you will also be required to keep your work area clean and do basic maintenance on machines such as oil, coolant and fuel checks daily, and regular greasing of machines.
sometimes you will be asked to do other duties on the farm like working in the cattle yards
the applicant must possess accurate record keeping skills and be hard working ,honest and reliable.
35 to 50 hours per week and some rostered weekend work required.
$23 to $25 per hour for the right person
no accomodation
