We are looking for a happy, fun person who loves the out doors and animals to come and work on a cattle station. Your main role would be looking after the pody calves. And assisting other people with general duties on a cattle station. When your not needed you would be either cleaning or gardening.
preferable if, but not a necessity
- if you are a confident horse rider
- hold a current drivers licence.
Looking for people that understand that working on a cattle station can be a physically demanding job that includes both indoor and outdoor work in all types of weather and temperature environments. You will be expected to be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, lift, grip, grasp, push and pull various tools and equipment. You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull from 10-20 kilograms and occasionally more. This job will require the ability to ascend / descend ladders.
Food, accommodation, internet, plus wage $670/week.
We are remote. We have a young crowd of about 6 to 9 people.
