Job Description
• The Royal Mail Hotel at Kingston SE on the Limestone Coast (endless wild beaches, surfing, wineries, fishing, regional food, historic towns, on the Great Ocean/Southern Ocean drive between Adelaide and Melbourne) is looking for a motivated, organised, skilled head chef who is passionate about producing quality food, cooks with the seasons and is excited to discover all the wonderful produce our region has to offer.
• Additionally, you will need to be able to run a clean, efficient kitchen, manage stock, create and cost menus, train juniors and manage kitchen staff.
• Immediate start, commitment to stay till at least March 2019 required
• Full-time salaried position
• Basic accommodation available for a small charge
